ERC International is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the retail and property sector and is looking for an experienced and dynamic Mall Operations Manager to fill multiple positions across Abha, Jizan, and Madinah in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned mall or property operations professional who is ready to take full ownership of end to end mall operations and lead a high performing team in a fast paced and customer focused environment.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, budget control, and team leadership. You will ensure that the mall operates smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with safety and operational standards while delivering an exceptional experience for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders alike. Your ability to manage multiple operational functions simultaneously and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the mall will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in mall or property operations management with a strong track record of managing end to end operations. Excellent leadership and vendor management skills, hands on experience in budget planning and control, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders are essential requirements for this role.
