Key Responsibilities:

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities and equipment. Your primary duties will include planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs, and minimizing downtime. You will also be responsible for inspecting equipment, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Additionally, you will manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, is required. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential. Certifications in relevant fields, such as HVAC, welding, or equipment maintenance, will be an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. You should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate your team.
