About the Client:

A supplier and distributor of pipes, tubes, fittings, and other piping components is looking for a skilled Logistics Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate all logistics activities, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods.

Job Description:

Contact and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, container shipping lines representatives, shipowner agents, and surveyors in the ports of loading and discharge.

Responsible for the issuance of packing lists and supporting documents such as invoices, bills of lading, stuffing reports, and surveyors' reports.

Track shipments and provide timely updates to the company’s staff and clients.

Prepare accurate logistics reports for upper management.

Collaborate with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Open to Russian speakers.

40 years old and below.

Must have in-depth experience dealing with marine shipments of industrial commodities.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from the manufacturing industry.

Immediate joiners are highly prioritized.

Salary:

AED 15,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
