Role Overview – Future Transports Freight Brokers Co. L.L.C is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized logistics professionals with strong coordination expertise, freight and transportation industry knowledge, and the ability to support logistics operations effectively, manage shipments, coordinate transportation, maintain records, ensure compliance, support client service, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic freight brokerage organization.

Logistics Operations Coordination – You will coordinate logistics operations by managing processes, supporting activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth logistics functions supporting organizational objectives. You should coordinate logistics operations professionally.

Freight and Shipment Coordination – You will coordinate freight shipments by organizing movements, scheduling transportation, tracking deliveries, and supporting timely delivery. You will facilitate efficient freight operations. You should coordinate shipment logistics.

Shipping Schedule Management – You will manage shipping schedules by organizing timelines, coordinating pickups, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining records. You will keep transportation on schedule. You should manage shipping schedules.

Pickup and Delivery Coordination – You will coordinate pickups and deliveries by scheduling services, managing logistics, supporting drivers, and ensuring timeliness. You will facilitate efficient transportation. You should coordinate pickup and delivery activities.

Shipment Tracking and Monitoring – You will track shipments by organizing information, updating systems, monitoring progress, and providing visibility. You will maintain accurate shipment records and customer visibility. You should manage shipment tracking.

Route Planning Support – You will support route planning by analyzing options, optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting delivery. You will help improve routing. You should support route optimization.

Driver Management and Assignment – You will manage driver assignments by coordinating work, assigning routes, managing schedules, and supporting compliance. You will facilitate driver operations. You should manage driver coordination.
