Role Overview – Denholm YAM Contracting Company LLC is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for organized logistics professionals with strong supply chain expertise, construction and contracting industry knowledge, and the ability to manage logistics operations effectively, coordinate material flow, support procurement, track shipments, and contribute to operational efficiency within a dynamic contracting organization.

Logistics Operations Support – You will provide comprehensive logistics support by coordinating supply chain activities, managing material flow, and supporting operational efficiency. You will facilitate movement of materials and support business operations. You should manage logistics operations effectively.

Material Procurement Coordination – You will coordinate material procurement by supporting purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, tracking deliveries, and coordinating receiving. You will enable timely material availability supporting construction needs. You should coordinate procurement processes.

Supplier and Vendor Management – You will manage supplier relationships by communicating requirements, coordinating deliveries, tracking performance, and maintaining vendor information. You will support efficient supplier partnerships. You should manage vendor relationships effectively.

Purchase Order Processing – You will process purchase orders by organizing documentation, coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, and supporting timely delivery. You will maintain order records and support procurement. You should manage purchase orders.
