Role Overview – NAFFCO is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for early-career logistics professionals with 2 to 3 years of experience who are looking to grow within a globally recognized organization. Candidates with working exposure to land freight documentation, logistics operations, and customer service will have a distinct advantage.

Logistics Coordination – You will support the end-to-end coordination of logistics activities by tracking shipments, liaising with internal teams and external service providers, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods in line with operational timelines and company standards.

Land Freight Documentation – You will assist in preparing, processing, and managing land freight documentation by handling delivery orders, waybills, customs paperwork, and related records to ensure full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Operations Support – You will contribute to daily logistics operations by monitoring freight movement, coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams, resolving operational issues, and ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Customer Service – You will support client and stakeholder communication by responding to shipment inquiries, providing status updates, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining a high standard of service that reflects NAFFCO's reputation for operational excellence.

Documentation and Record Management – You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities by organizing files, updating tracking systems, and ensuring documentation is readily available for audits, reporting, and compliance purposes.

Vendor and Transporter Coordination – You will liaise with freight vendors, transport providers, and third-party logistics partners by following up on deliveries, escalating delays, and supporting the team in maintaining strong working relationships with service providers.

Logistics Experience – 2 to 3 years of experience in a logistics, freight, or supply chain role is required. Candidates at the early stage of their logistics career with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Land Freight Knowledge (Advantage) – Working experience in land freight documentation and operations is a strong added advantage. Familiarity with customs procedures, freight forwarding processes, and transport documentation will strengthen your candidacy.

Customer Service Exposure (Advantage) – Prior exposure to customer service within a logistics or freight environment is an added advantage. The ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders and manage expectations professionally is highly valued.

Communication Skills – Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, and for maintaining clear and accurate documentation across all logistics functions.

Organizational Abilities – Strong organizational and multitasking skills are important for managing multiple shipments simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy across documentation and operational records.
