Job Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the flow of goods and ensuring timely delivery of Gulfa Mineral Water products to retail outlets, distributors, and corporate clients across the UAE. Your efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and overall supply chain success.

Key Responsibilities: You will handle order processing, track shipments, coordinate with drivers and warehouses, and ensure deliveries are executed according to schedule. Attention to detail and strong planning skills will be essential.

Inventory & Stock Control: Coordinators will be responsible for monitoring stock availability in warehouses, avoiding overstocking or shortages, and ensuring accurate inventory management through daily checks and reporting.

Client Coordination: Acting as a bridge between the sales team, warehouse, and customers, you will resolve delivery concerns, schedule urgent orders, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure compliance with UAE logistics regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards. Familiarity with customs clearance processes and transport permits will be advantageous.

Reporting & Documentation: You will prepare delivery schedules, shipment reports, and maintain records of fleet performance, helping management make data-driven logistics decisions.
