Duties & Responsibilities:

Al Ain Mills is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Sharjah. Responsibilities include:

Ensuring proper maintenance and repair of transport vehicles.

Managing vehicle procedures and documentation.

Monitoring vehicle utilization and coordinating routes to optimize fleet efficiency.

Coordinating with customers and transportation partners for loading and unloading activities.

Preparing reports on vehicle movement, fuel consumption, maintenance, and accidents.

Coordinating outbound operations with the production team based on sales order plans.

Maintaining records of vehicle distance traveled and driver productivity.

Ensuring compliance with fleet management rules and policies.

Obtaining and maintaining road permits in coordination with the PRO.

Participating in the enforcement of Food Safety and IMS mechanisms as per company policies.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management best practices.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
