Job Description:

Landmark Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

Analyze logistics data to optimize operations and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
