Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator with advanced Excel skills to manage and optimize our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track shipment movements and deliveries

Manage logistics documentation and maintain accurate records

Create and analyze logistics reports using advanced Excel functions

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers

Schedule and track vehicle transportation and deliveries

Liaise with shipping companies, customs agents, and other vendors

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies

Optimize routes and delivery schedules

Handle customs documentation and clearance procedures

Troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues

Maintain updated records of all logistics transactions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

Advanced Excel skills (must be proficient in formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis)

Minimum 2-3 years experience in logistics coordination

Strong understanding of UAE customs and shipping procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in logistics management software

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (required)

Experience with logistics/warehouse management systems

Knowledge of shipping and customs documentation

Familiarity with transportation management systems

Understanding of supply chain processes

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills in English

Detail-oriented with high accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good negotiation skills
