About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Foreman with a strong background in villas and high-rise building projects to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

As the Logistics Foreman, you will oversee the coordination of materials, equipment, and resources for construction projects. Your primary duties will include planning and scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring timely transportation of materials to and from construction sites. You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, resolve logistics-related issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in logistics management, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations is essential. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office is a must.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
