Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Logistic Supervisor or Logistic Coordinator to manage logistics operations at a busy construction site in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the UAE/GCC region, especially within the building construction sector.

Daily Responsibilities: The role includes overseeing materials movement, tracking shipments, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring timely supply chain operations. You’ll manage inventory levels, support procurement, and liaise with site teams and suppliers.

Logistics Coordination: You will be expected to schedule transportation efficiently, monitor vehicle routes, and maintain documentation of all logistic transactions. Coordination with contractors and site engineers is essential to align deliveries with construction needs.

Team Supervision: You’ll supervise loaders, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with safety standards. Leadership and attention to detail are critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience in Construction Logistics: The position specifically requires experience handling logistics for building construction projects. Previous experience in managing logistics for high-rise or infrastructure projects will be a strong advantage.

Required Regional Knowledge: UAE or GCC experience is mandatory. The candidate must be familiar with local logistics regulations, documentation, and supplier networks in the construction industry.
