About the Role

As a Lobby Ambassador, you will serve as the first point of contact for our distinguished guests, embodying the essence of luxury hospitality and ensuring exceptional service standards in our 4/5-star hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism

Provide personalized assistance with check-in/check-out procedures

Escort VIP guests to their rooms and provide detailed orientation of facilities

Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with various departments to fulfill requests

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel amenities

Assist with luggage handling and coordinate with bell desk services

Monitor lobby activities to ensure security and guest comfort

Facilitate smooth communication between guests and different hotel departments

Maintain updated records of guest preferences and special requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lobby Ambassador in a 4/5-star hotel

Current UAE residency status

Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, German, or Russian)

Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and protocols

Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage when needed

Desired Skills & Attributes

Additional language skills are highly advantageous

Experience with hotel management systems

Strong problem-solving abilities

Cultural awareness and sensitivity

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure

Experience in handling VIP guests
