Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Listing Consultants to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing property listings while providing exceptional service to property owners and maintaining strong market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure new property listings through various channels

Conduct property valuations and market analysis

Develop comprehensive property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality visuals

Manage relationships with property owners and landlords

Maintain detailed and up-to-date property database

Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients

Prepare and review listing agreements and related documentation

Monitor market trends and property prices in assigned areas

Coordinate with photographers and marketing team for property promotion

Provide regular updates to property owners on marketing activities

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies

Generate regular reports on listing activities and performance

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role

Previous real estate experience is highly advantageous

Valid UAE driver's license

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market

Photography skills (advantage)

Working Conditions

Full-time position based in Abu Dhabi

Field work required with property visits

Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

Own transportation required
