Duties & Responsibilities:

As the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Dautom, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the assigned portfolio within the Group. Your duties and responsibilities include:

Offering expert legal advice and guidance in line with corporate strategy to optimally resolve legal issues, contain legal risks, and support optimum legal protection.

Managing and guiding the formulation of the Group's legal strategy, framework, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Providing subject matter expertise to the Board, CEO, and Senior Management on regulatory matters.

Counseling on the legal implications of business decisions and practices, directing the identification and reporting of risk areas for mitigation.

Procuring external legal support with the approval of the Chief Legal, Regulatory & Compliance to support seamless legal services to the Group.

Developing and directing the implementation of the divisional strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision, mission, and corporate objectives.

Championing training initiatives in legal matters to enhance awareness of legal matters and ensure continuous adherence to laws and regulations across the Group.

Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

10 years of experience in the securities and capital market sector.
