Position Overview

Due to an internal transfer, we are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our expanding Dubai legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse legal matters in the hospitality sector while being part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate hotel management agreements

Provide legal support for hotel operations across the region

Handle corporate commercial matters including F&B agreements

Review and negotiate various commercial contracts

Offer strategic legal advice to business teams

Support compliance and regulatory matters

Collaborate with external counsel when required

Assist in risk management and legal process improvements

Provide guidance on local laws and regulations affecting hotel operations

Required Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)

Minimum 2 years experience in a law firm setting

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Strong background in at least one of the following:

Hotel management agreement drafting and negotiation

Hotel operations legal support

Corporate commercial drafting and negotiating, particularly F&B agreements

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic language skills

In-house counsel experience

Hospitality industry experience

Knowledge of UAE/GCC legal framework

International law firm experience
