Legal and Compliance Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer from a recognized university in a Civil Law (or Common Law) jurisdiction
  • 10 years of experience in legal, compliance and privacy advisory for an in-house corporate legal department or law firm
  • Expertise in applying legal frameworks to electronics hardware, software, data and retail business
  • Capable of conducting compliance or privacy reviews, audits and investigations
  • Legal knowledge about corporate, commercial, competition and consumer laws in Middle East operations
