Role Overview – Safari Mall is hiring a Legal Advisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for experienced legal professionals with strong legal expertise, comprehensive knowledge of UAE laws, and the ability to provide legal guidance effectively, manage contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, support dispute resolution, and protect organizational interests within a dynamic retail property and shopping mall environment.

Legal Advisory and Counsel – You will provide comprehensive legal advice to management and operational teams on various legal matters affecting the organization. You will analyze legal issues, assess risks, recommend solutions, and provide written legal opinions supporting business decision-making and organizational strategy.

Contract Management and Drafting – You will manage contracts related to tenant leases, vendor agreements, service contracts, and commercial transactions. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts ensuring terms protect organizational interests, comply with legal requirements, and are properly documented and executed.

Tenant Lease Administration – You will manage tenant lease agreements by reviewing lease terms, ensuring compliance, administering lease enforcement, and addressing lease-related disputes. You will coordinate lease renewals, process lease modifications, enforce lease obligations, and support lease administration.

Commercial and Retail Law Compliance – You will ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws, retail regulations, and shopping mall-specific legal requirements. You will maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, conduct compliance reviews, and ensure organizational adherence to commercial law obligations.

Employment and Labor Law Compliance – You will ensure organizational compliance with UAE labor law, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization regulations, and employment law requirements. You will advise on employment matters, review employment practices, and support HR in maintaining legal compliance.

Intellectual Property Protection – You will advise on intellectual property matters including trademark registration, brand protection, and intellectual property rights. You will manage IP portfolios, coordinate IP filings and registrations, and protect organizational intellectual property.
