About the Client:

One of the largest pizza chains globally is looking to hire a Leasing Executive to manage leasing and project-related documentation, ensuring smooth operations for its various locations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a leasing database, ensuring timely lease renewals and accurate record-keeping.

Ensure that all locations maintain valid commercial licenses and the necessary legal documentation for operations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related queries and ensure timely action and documentation.

Assist the Head of Projects with document control for new builds, ensuring invoices are verified and paid on time.

Ensure all Purchase Orders for leasing and projects are raised and approved in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

Open to Filipino and Indian nationalities.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing, AMC, or service coordination roles in the UAE.
