About the Role

We are seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing activities, building strong client relationships, and maximizing property occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities

Guide potential tenants through the property viewing process and provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and lease terms

Conduct property tours and showcase units to prospective tenants professionally and enthusiastically

Process rental applications, perform tenant screenings, and handle lease documentation

Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, viewings, and leasing activities

Build and maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates

Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth move-in/move-out processes

Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive pricing strategies

Handle lease renewals and negotiate terms with existing tenants

Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and occupancy rates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential or commercial leasing

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and property laws

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred

Valid UAE driving license

Proven track record in achieving leasing targets

Proficiency in real estate management software and MS Office Suite
