NOVVI Properties – Leasing Consultant

NOVVI Properties is on the lookout for our next top talented brokers to join our team. We offer a great platform for new agents to establish themselves in the marketplace quickly through a 2-week induction course, followed by continuous training both external and internal, as well as managerial support and guidance. Dubai Real Estate is an incredibly lucrative, yet challenging market and through our training, support and marketing we hope to provide a strong platform to give new brokers the chance of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Listings: Assist in creating and managing property listings across various platforms. Ensure accurate and attractive descriptions, photos, and details of all available properties.

• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for prospective tenants. Conduct property viewings, answer client inquiries, and build strong relationships to understand their leasing needs.

• Pitching Properties: Actively pitch properties to prospective tenants, highlighting unique selling points and ensuring properties are matched to client preferences.

• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, rental prices, and neighborhood information to provide clients with up-to-date data on available properties.

• Collaboration with leasing team: Work closely with the leasing team to ensure smooth processes, from property showings to finalizing lease agreements.

• Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate lease negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants, ensuring the best terms for both parties.

• Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing lease agreements and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations.
