About the Role:

Our esteemed British school in Dubai is urgently seeking a qualified Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive education team. This position plays a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs within our mainstream classroom environment.

Educational Support Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to implement individualized education plans, providing tailored support to students requiring additional assistance. Your role will involve adapting learning materials, facilitating small group sessions, and monitoring student progress under teacher guidance.

Qualification Requirements:

Applicants must possess a B.Ed degree along with an additional Bachelor's or Master's qualification, both with MOFA attestation. The position demands proven experience in UAE educational settings, particularly within British curriculum schools supporting inclusive education practices.

Professional Skills:

We require candidates with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support students and collaborate with teaching staff. The ideal applicant will demonstrate patience, creativity, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse learners.

Immediate Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE who can join our team without delay. The position requires commitment to our academic calendar and willingness to participate in professional development opportunities.
