Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will lead L&D activities by partnering with sales/business heads across the assigned regions include coordinating with Product/Training Managers and regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers. Will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees’ skills and knowledge within AJMAL.

Brief Job Responsibilities:

Identify training needs, recommending and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of learning & development with business goals.

Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.

Develop, deploy and monitor the annual training calendar to achieve planned annual development plans.

Design and develop training programs by partnering with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training and development objectives.

Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs.

Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement and outcomes. Utilize metrics to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment (ROI).

Ensures the maintenance of training records and score reports on individual and group progress using common tools and systems

Managing the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training

Help Sales Managers / Business Heads in developing their team members through career pathing

Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Liaising with internal stakeholders and external companies to review our existing E-Learning App offering better technical integration that meets the needs of business

Liaise in creating/developing more employee engagement programs in retail sales linking to the business performance.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Degree/Master level Education, preferably in Learning Management, Human Resource

5-12 years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training

Solid knowledge of learning & development methodologies and the training value chain (assessment, design, development, delivery, measurement)

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

Must have worked on e-learning tools, MS Office
