Key Responsibilities:

Process Engineering Leadership: Lead and oversee process engineering activities for assigned projects, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Project Management: Manage all aspects of process engineering projects, including design, development, and implementation phases.

ADNOC Collaboration: Work closely with ADNOC, ensuring that all project requirements and specifications are met and adhered to.

Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.

Design and Development: Develop and review process design documents, including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and heat and material balances.

Performance Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize performance, efficiency, and safety.

Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, technical issues, and recommendations.

Requirements:

Experience: 7 - 10 years of extensive experience in process engineering, with a significant portion of that experience working with ADNOC.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge in process engineering principles, design, and optimization.

Project Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects in the oil and gas industry.

Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
