Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic architectural leadership for complex design projects

Develop comprehensive architectural concepts and detailed design strategies

Lead and mentor a team of architects and design professionals

Oversee project design from initial conceptualization through final implementation

Ensure design excellence, technical feasibility, and adherence to local building codes and regulations

Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

Develop sustainable and innovative architectural solutions

Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance

Represent the firm in client presentations and design discussions

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification

Minimum 10-15 years of professional architectural experience

Proven track record of leading significant architectural projects

Extensive portfolio demonstrating design innovation and technical expertise

Strong understanding of UAE building regulations and architectural standards

Advanced knowledge of architectural design software and technologies

Exceptional design, communication, and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale architectural projects

Technical Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max)

BIM (Building Information Modeling) expertise

Sustainable design principles

Comprehensive understanding of structural and environmental design considerations
