Job Description

As a Landscape Designer at Alfares Gardens, you will be responsible for creating innovative and trend-aligned landscaping designs that meet the company's aesthetic and functional goals. The role requires expertise in design software, strong creative vision, and the ability to conduct site surveys and measurements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Generate landscaping designs in accordance with current trends and client requirements.

Provide creative suggestions and innovative solutions to management.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize 3D design tools, AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and other relevant software to develop and present landscaping designs.

Site Visits & Surveys:

Conduct site visits, perform surveys, and take accurate on-site measurements.

Research and select exotic plants suitable for the Kuwaiti climate.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate with the landscaping engineer, following their requests and reporting back efficiently.

Maintain clear and effective communication with management and team members.

Professional Development:

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and propose training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Landscape Designer.

Nationality: Filipino nationals only.

Skills:

Proficiency in English with strong understanding and communication skills.

Professionalism in using design software like 3D design, AutoCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp.

Package Details:

Allowance: Accommodation (sharing) and transportation provided.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 26 working days per month.

Joining Air Ticket: Provided by the company.

Mode of Interview: ZOOM.

Annual Leave: As per Kuwait Labor Law.

Contract Period: 2 Years (Renewable).

End of Service & Leave Benefits: As per Kuwait Labor Law.

Place of Employment: State of Kuwait.

Probation Period: 3 months.
