This position is ideal for property management professionals with proven experience in landlord relations, strong communication and negotiation skills, property industry knowledge, and the ability to manage landlord portfolios, resolve issues, ensure property performance, and maintain strong partnerships in the holiday homes sector.

Landlord Relationship Management

Manage landlord relationships by serving as primary point of contact for property owners, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns promptly, building trust and rapport, and ensuring landlord satisfaction with property management services.

Property Portfolio Oversight

Oversee property portfolio by monitoring performance of landlord properties, tracking occupancy rates, analyzing revenue generation, ensuring property standards, coordinating maintenance, and maximizing returns for property owners.

Landlord Acquisition and Onboarding

Acquire new landlords by identifying potential properties, presenting management services, negotiating contract terms, securing property listings, and onboarding new landlords with comprehensive orientation to Deluxe Holiday Homes processes.

Contract Negotiation and Management

Negotiate and manage contracts by discussing commission structures, defining service agreements, establishing terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements, and maintaining compliant landlord agreements.

Revenue Optimization

Optimize revenue by implementing dynamic pricing strategies, maximizing occupancy, identifying revenue opportunities, analyzing market trends, adjusting rates strategically, and ensuring competitive positioning that benefits both landlords and the company.

Property Performance Reporting

Provide property performance reporting by preparing monthly statements, sharing occupancy data, reporting revenue figures, analyzing trends, presenting insights, and keeping landlords informed about their property performance.

Issue Resolution and Complaint Handling

Resolve issues and handle complaints by addressing landlord concerns professionally, investigating problems, coordinating solutions, managing expectations, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining positive relationships during challenges.
