About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with a strong background in villas and high-rise building projects to join our team. This is a critical role for a professional who excels in conducting land surveys, ensuring accurate measurements, and supporting construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

As the Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, and contours. Your primary duties will include using advanced surveying equipment to collect data, preparing survey reports, and creating detailed maps and plans. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and alignment with project specifications. Additionally, you will monitor construction sites to verify that structures are built according to design plans.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in land surveying, specifically in villas and high-rise building projects, is required. Proficiency in surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and CAD software is essential. Relevant certifications or licenses will be an advantage.
