Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Labour Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The Labour Coordinator will be responsible for managing workforce allocation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating with clients to meet manpower requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a large workforce under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: The Labour Coordinator will oversee the deployment of labor staff to various sites across the UAE, manage attendance and scheduling, and address client concerns regarding manpower supply. You will also ensure all workers are properly documented, medically fit, and compliant with safety standards before deployment. Timely reporting, maintaining updated records, and ensuring smooth communication between workers and management are central to this role.
Work Environment: This position offers a fast-paced and engaging environment where you will interact with both clients and workers on a daily basis. The role involves coordinating across multiple industries, including construction, hospitality, and facility management. The Labour Coordinator must be flexible, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Regular communication with supervisors and site managers will be a key part of the day-to-day work.
