Position Overview

Seeking a licensed Laboratory Technologist specializing in Hematology to perform diagnostic testing and analysis in our medical laboratory.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

DHA license or eligibility for licensure

Minimum 2 years experience in hematology laboratory settings

Proficiency in automated hematology analyzers and manual techniques

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and complex hematological tests

Analyze blood samples using automated systems and microscopic examination

Maintain quality control procedures and laboratory documentation

Validate and report test results accurately and timely

Troubleshoot technical problems and equipment maintenance

Collaborate with healthcare team members

Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of hematological procedures and testing methods

Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in shifts if required
