Role Overview: We are seeking passionate L1 Support Engineers to join our dynamic IT team in Dubai, where you will be the first point of contact for all technical support queries, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities: As an L1 Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, working closely with users to ensure their technical needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Ticket Management: You will be responsible for managing and tracking support tickets from creation to resolution, maintaining detailed records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Documentation: Maintain IT documentation, create knowledge base articles, and help in developing resources to improve issue resolution and user education.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions on basic IT processes to empower users and improve overall IT awareness across the organization.
Collaboration: Provide remote assistance, install and configure software and hardware, and work closely with higher-level IT teams for escalated issues.
