Duties & Responsibilities:

Idenfo is seeking experienced KYC/CDD Analysts for a short-term project (9 to 12 months contract) based in Dubai and Sharjah. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting KYC/CDD Checks:

Perform detailed KYC and CDD checks on new and existing customers to verify their identities and assess risk.

Ensure all information and documentation are accurate and up-to-date according to regulatory standards.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer data.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze customer data to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.

Prepare detailed reports on KYC and CDD findings and present them to senior management.

Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated on local and international KYC/CDD regulations and ensure all processes adhere to these standards.

Work closely with the compliance team to implement changes in regulatory requirements.

Assist in audits and regulatory reviews.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with other teams, including risk management, legal, and operations, to ensure a holistic approach to compliance.

Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary documentation and explain compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a KYC/CDD Analyst. Experience within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is preferred.

Current Availability in UAE:

Preference will be given to candidates currently available in the UAE who can join immediately. However, candidates outside the UAE will also be considered if they are ready to join without delay.

Skills:

Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic being an added advantage.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.

Competitive salary range of AED 5,500 - 7,000.
