Dedicated and Dependable Role – We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Kitchen Stewards to join our hospitality team in Dubai. As a key member of the back-of-house operations, you will ensure that cleanliness, hygiene, and organization are maintained throughout the kitchen, creating a safe and efficient workspace for chefs and kitchen staff.

Ensuring Kitchen Cleanliness and Safety – Your main responsibility will be to maintain impeccable hygiene standards by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. You will also help clean kitchen surfaces, storage areas, and floors, following all sanitation and safety guidelines to support a professional and clean culinary environment.

Supporting the Culinary Team – As a Kitchen Steward, you play an essential supporting role by ensuring that chefs and cooks always have clean tools and equipment available. You will assist in organizing kitchen supplies, emptying waste bins, and handling basic prep work when required, ensuring that daily kitchen operations run seamlessly.

Attention to Detail and Efficiency – The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service hours. A proactive attitude and commitment to teamwork are crucial to maintaining a smooth workflow and avoiding delays in meal preparation.

Physical Strength and Stamina – This role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and carrying items throughout the shift. The right candidate will be physically fit, energetic, and able to perform repetitive cleaning and lifting tasks while maintaining focus and consistency.
