Job Description:

Excelsior Group ME is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for Kitchen Equipment / Stainless Steel Custom Fabrication to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling kitchen equipment, appliances, and supplies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Additionally, the Sales Executive will conduct product demonstrations, prepare sales proposals, and negotiate contracts, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Identification and Targeting:

Identify potential customers, target markets, and sales opportunities.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of kitchen equipment.

Sales and Negotiation:

Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales deals.

Track sales performance, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio and technical specifications.

Customer Support:

Maintain customer records, manage customer inquiries, and provide post-sales support.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience (2-3 years) in selling kitchen equipment / stainless steel custom fabrication items or related products.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of kitchen equipment technology and features.

Other:

Must have a valid UAE driving license.
