Position Summary
The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company’s key customer relationships. Your core responsibility will be to nurture long-term partnerships with high-value clients while identifying new business opportunities within the Sharjah market. This role is ideal for someone who understands client needs, anticipates market shifts, and delivers outstanding customer service with measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will be expected to maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our automotive products and services. This involves developing account strategies, handling customer queries, coordinating service requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will also work to maximize account value through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives, always with a focus on quality and trust.
Market Engagement and Business Development
In addition to client retention, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new key accounts within the Sharjah automotive market. This includes monitoring competitor activities, attending industry events, and promoting the EXEED brand to key stakeholders. Your ability to analyze market data and present strategic insights will support the long-term growth of our client base.

A background in managing corporate fleets or luxury vehicle clients would be an added advantage.
