About the Role

Position Overview
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
Key Requirements
Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Core Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Management
Execute full-cycle recruitment processes
Source and screen candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and assessments
Maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics
Candidate Experience
Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Communicate effectively with candidates at all stages
Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently
Provide timely feedback to candidates
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
Collaborate with HR team members on various initiatives
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate recruitment records
Generate recruitment reports and analytics
Handle recruitment-related documentation
Support employer branding initiatives
