Job Description

Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Junior Sous Chef with proven experience in luxury hospitality to join our prestigious kitchen team.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be currently based in UAE

Minimum 3 years experience as Junior Sous Chef in 4/5 star hotels

Multilingual proficiency (English + Arabic/German/Russian)

Valid UAE residency status

Core Responsibilities:

Support Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations

Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation

Ensure consistent food quality and presentation

Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Assist with inventory management and cost control

Train and develop junior kitchen team members

Required Skills:

Strong culinary techniques and food knowledge

Leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of HACCP standards

Ability to work under pressure

Menu planning and cost control expertise

Working Hours:

Full-time position

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
