Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct outbound calls to prospects, articulating product/service offerings effectively.

Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products/services.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide superior customer service to foster strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tele sales representative or in other sales roles, preferably in banking.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially over the phone.

Ability to quickly grasp new products/services and communicate their benefits persuasively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Additional Requirements:

Relevant sales experience from home country will also be considered.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

UAE residency or valid work permit required.
