Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our client's Contact Center Operations (CCO) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services through outbound calls while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Stay updated on all banking products, services, and promotional campaigns

Comply with banking regulations and internal policies

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or other sales roles within the banking industry

Home country banking sales experience will be considered

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably in telephone sales

Strong understanding of banking products and services

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to quickly learn and explain new products and services

Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
