Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate to join our client's Contact Center Operations (CCO) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products and services through outbound calls while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Follow up with potential customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends

Comply with banking regulations and data protection policies

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Generate and qualify new sales leads

Participate in sales training and development programs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or related sales role

Home country sales experience will be considered

Strong track record of meeting sales quotas

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Basic computer proficiency

Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
