For our Rome office we are looking for a: Junior Payroll Specialist

The resource will work under the Senior Payroll from which he/she will be trained and will be responsible for:

• Attendance recording and pay slip processing and management of related tax and contribution obligations

• Management of hiring/termination practices, inter-company mobility, secondments and related administrative procedures

• Management of obligations in the field of accidents at work and illnesses

• Management of mandatory communications to institutions and administrative obligations of employment relationships

Requirements:

• Degree in law, economics or related disciplines;

• Payroll training

• Brief experience in the role (1-2 years) at consultancy firms and/or medium-structured companies

• Knowledge of legal, social security and tax regulations

• Knowledge of payroll software (preferably TeamSystem)

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel).

• Good knowledge of English (level B2)
