Role Overview – The Junior Operations Team Member will support day-to-day operational activities in the company. This includes assisting with logistics coordination, documentation, and communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Operational Support – You will assist in tracking shipments, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role ensures that operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Communication and Coordination – Acting as a key point of contact, the Junior Operations Team Member will communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Fluency in Russian and English is essential to handle correspondence and resolve operational queries effectively.

Documentation and Reporting – The position requires accurate documentation of operational processes, maintaining records of shipments, inventory, and other important data. You will assist in preparing reports for management review.

Team Collaboration – Working closely with the operations team, you will provide support in daily activities, ensure coordination between different departments, and contribute to process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Immediate Availability – The candidate must be residing in Dubai and available to start immediately. Flexibility and readiness to adapt to company requirements are essential for success in this role.
