Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Operations Team Member to join our coal trading company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily operational activities and contribute to the smooth functioning of our international trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operational processes related to coal trading

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients

Process and maintain documentation for international transactions

Track shipments and prepare operational reports

Support the operations team with administrative duties

Help manage communication with international partners

Assist with data entry and database management

Contribute to improving operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both Russian and English (written and verbal)

Current residence in Dubai

Ability to start immediately

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Basic understanding of international trade operations (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
