About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in mechanical estimation, with a strong focus on the construction industry and proficiency in Plan Swift software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimations for construction projects

Utilize Plan Swift software for precise quantity takeoffs and pricing

Analyze project blueprints and technical specifications

Develop detailed cost proposals and bid documents

Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimation accuracy

Conduct comprehensive material and labor cost analyses

Support the bidding process for mechanical engineering projects

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing and market trends

Qualifications:

4 years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry

Proven expertise in mechanical estimation

Advanced proficiency in Plan Swift software

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Detailed understanding of mechanical engineering principles

Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma

Minimum 4 years of mechanical estimation experience in UAE

Expertise in construction industry cost estimation

Advanced Plan Swift software skills

Excellent computational and analytical capabilities

Proficient in MS Office and estimation tools
