Position: Junior Legal Associate

Role Overview:

Charterhouse is collaborating with an International Boutique Law Firm to hire a Junior Legal Associate in Dubai. This position offers a great opportunity to support experienced partners in areas such as Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, and Banking and Finance, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters. A candidate with European transactional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assist partners on legal matters related to Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, and Banking and Finance.

Work on multi-jurisdictional cases with European offices.

Conduct legal research and track changes in applicable local laws and regulations.

Identify potential legal risks and implement relevant legal documentation.

Support in drafting, reviewing, and overseeing the execution of contracts and other legal documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law and Master’s degree in Law.

3+ years of relevant legal experience.

Knowledge of general advocacy processes.

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.

Candidates qualified in civil law or common law systems will be preferred.

Immediate availability or short notice period is highly desirable.
