Key Responsibilities:

Offer technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.

Perform routine system updates and ensure all systems are running efficiently.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT processes and solutions.

Provide timely and effective solutions to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime.

Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities for future reference.

Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.

Prior experience or internships in IT support or related areas is a plus but not mandatory.
