Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior IT Executive, you will support the organization’s day-to-day IT operations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up workstations, assisting with network and system maintenance, and responding to technical support queries. You will work closely with the senior IT team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all technology systems across the company.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Your primary focus will be to provide technical assistance to internal users, addressing common IT concerns such as connectivity problems, system errors, printer issues, and software malfunctions. Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach will help you quickly identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and improving user productivity.

System Maintenance and Updates

You will be expected to support routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and monitoring of IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and security. In this role, staying updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity best practices is key, as you’ll play a role in helping the organization maintain a modern and secure IT environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of IT systems, a degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field, and basic experience in tech support or IT assistance. Familiarity with Windows and network environments is essential. A willingness to learn, attention to detail, and effective communication skills will set you apart.

Locally Available Candidates Preferred

Due to the immediate nature of the opening, we prefer candidates who are currently available in the UAE and can join promptly. Being locally available will facilitate faster onboarding and integration into the team. About Us

We all know a loved one who passed away after a long illness. Personally, it was my wife and sister, both of whom lost the ultimate battle to cancer.

My mother in the last stage of her life suffered a long, slow, painful deterioration with the need for round-the-clock care assistance to perform basic functions.
