Job Description:

Menasa & Partners is currently seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Interior Designer to join a creative team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for design and strong visualization skills, eager to contribute to various exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

Design Collaboration:

Work closely with the design team to generate and contribute creative ideas during the conceptualization phase of projects.

Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative solutions and design concepts.

Concept Development:

Develop and present design concepts that are visually engaging and align with the project goals and client requirements.

Create detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D models to illustrate design ideas.

Communication and Presentation:

Communicate design ideas effectively, both verbally and visually, within the design team and to external stakeholders.

Prepare presentation materials, including mood boards, renderings, and visualizations, to clearly convey design concepts.

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrate strong proficiency in design software, including REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Ensure all design documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with industry standards and regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and innovative design environment.

Support senior designers and project managers in the execution of design projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Demonstrated proficiency with 1-3 years of experience in interior design and visualization, preferably in a professional setting.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, highlighting design skills, visualization expertise, and creative solutions.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in design software, including REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite, is essential.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and effectively.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive and innovative design environment.
