Safety Compliance Monitoring:

The Junior HSE Engineer will support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies across active construction sites, ensuring all operations comply with UAE standards and KAD guidelines. You will assist in monitoring daily site activities, identifying unsafe conditions, and guiding workers on best safety practices. This role demands consistent vigilance and the ability to communicate safety requirements effectively to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

Risk Identification and Reporting:

In this position, you will assist in conducting risk assessments and hazard identification surveys across the project site. You will document findings, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions in coordination with senior HSE staff. Your observations will play a key role in preventing accidents, improving site conditions, and ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and responsibly.

Training and Awareness Programs:

You will support the planning and execution of safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for site teams. This includes preparing training material, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring workers clearly understand safety protocols. Your contribution will help strengthen the safety culture and encourage proactive participation from all employees.

Incident Support and Investigation Assistance:

The Junior HSE Engineer will help gather information during incidents, support senior staff in conducting investigations, and assist in preparing detailed reports. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to analyze the root causes behind unsafe events. Your input will guide future preventive measures and help reduce the likelihood of similar incidents.

Coordination with Project Teams:

You will work closely with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and the HSE department to ensure seamless communication on safety requirements. This includes distributing safety documents, updating signage, verifying PPE usage, and helping enforce company safety policies. Strong coordination skills will enable you to maintain consistency across all active teams and work fronts.

Environmental Protection Support:

Your responsibilities will also include assisting in environmental monitoring activities such as waste management, pollution control, and compliance with environmental guidelines. You will help ensure that all construction activities align with sustainability standards and minimize their impact on the environment. This role requires awareness of environmental risks and a commitment to responsible site practices.
