Hiring Alert! – Junior HR Officer: We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team in Al Ain. If you are passionate about HR and ready to grow your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Administrative Support: The selected candidate will be responsible for offering vital administrative assistance to the HR department, maintaining proper records, and ensuring smooth internal operations.

Recruitment & Onboarding: As part of the role, the Junior HR Officer will assist with recruitment-related tasks, from job postings to scheduling interviews, and will help coordinate onboarding for new employees.

Daily Operations: This role involves supporting daily HR functions including employee inquiries, documentation, attendance management, and internal coordination within the team.

Documentation & Records: Maintaining employee files, updating databases, and assisting with reports will be among the core responsibilities to ensure compliance and record accuracy.

Required Attributes: We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills who can adapt quickly and contribute effectively to the team.
